What it the Women's Spirituality Circle

It is an opportunity for women from our community to gather and engage in self reflection, introspection and sharing, all of which are encouraged and optional. This is a safe space for women to share their experiences and beliefs without judgement. We will also discuss the themes from the Torah, women’s issues and spirituality, bringing a contemporary understanding as to how they relate to us today and our individual lives. 

Important Information

•  This group will meet monthly, on the second Wednesday of the month, at 7 pm ( the location address will be sent to you once your RSVP has been received).
• The group is limited to 12 people each month, so please be sure to RSVP early.  If all 12 spots are taken, those who RSVP at that time will be placed on a wait list (in the event that someone is unable to attend who already RSVP).
• RSVP's will be accepted on the 1st of each month. You must RSVP for every month.
• All members will have the opportunity to sign up in advance to be the facilitator for the month of their choosing.  
• The facilitator will lead a short guided meditation to center everyone and create a welcoming space. (Meditation will begin at 7:10). The facilitator will then share a brief summary of the weekly Torah portion, and at the end, will ask a question regarding one of the themes, as to how it relates to our lives, or she will introduce a spiritual concept with a question for self reflection and sharing.
• Anyone who cares to share is welcome to.  Anyone who prefers not to is welcome to simply hold space for those who do.
• We will do the Misheberach and a closing prayer.
• A light nosh will be provided.
